Every time I see a RubyConf talk I have the uneasy feeling that I missed a lot during my early developer years. Much of the content is still so good and so valid to this very day. Especially all the refactoring talks by Katrina Owen. I yet have to see any other person who can transport refactoring strategies so clear and engaging. This makes me want to do OOP. ME! OOP! No seriously. Watch Succession, and basically every other talk by Katrina. One of my most favourite speakers by far!
